Compatible camera formats

This DVR works with TVI, AHD, CVI, and analog formats up to 5MP (2560 × 1920 pixels at 12.5 fps).

Check the camera label for model or format details.

Compatible camera connector

This hard-wired DVR connects to cameras with a BNC cable.

Check that your camera has a BNC connector.

Works with select IP cameras

This DVR can also work with select IP cameras through a POE switch/router and Ethernet cable (both sold separately).

Incompatible cameras

This DVR cannot work with wireless cameras and SDI format cameras.

Most cameras produced in Korea are also not compatible with this DVR.

Yes, this TIGERSECU Super HD 1080P Security DVR is designed to record audio on 4 channels (channels 1, 2, 3, and 4). (Audio devices such as microphones are sold separately.)

No, this TIGERSECU DVR does not require an internet connection to operate or record. An internet connection is required if you would like to remotely access your system using the TIGERSECU App on a mobile device or PC.

I would recommend this product.

So far the system seems to work quite well. Easy to install and set up the software. Directions were easy to follow and didn't take a lot of time to have everything working. The price was good too.

Easy to set up

I replaced my old security dvr with the Tigersecu. The system worked fine for two weeks. Then the system stopped working, only the brand logo on each camera screen. I called the helpdesk and they told me I needed a power adapter, even though I've never needed one for past two weeks and with older system.Update: the helpdesk was correct in that I needed a power adapter, but didn't explain it was the power just for cameras. I replaced the old adapter with a new one and the cameras are all working great now.

Excellent product easy use, worked with existing cameras, picture quality, excellent, noise level excellent and speed in which you can retrieve previously recorded.

Very easy to install as Q-See DVR replacement

I have Q-See DVR and cameras, and the DVR stopped working after 10 years. I bought this TIGERSECU DVR to replace it. Installation is very easy, it's basically similar to Q-See DVR, so I just unplugged all the connections from Q-See DVR and connected them to TIGERSECU DVR. The app is also easy to setup and remote monitoring via the app works without any issue.So far everything works nicely. Will update the review if there is any issue in the near future.
